Here he is opening his present from us. He is fascinated by all the Taxi's over here and love going in them so...
We gave him his very own blue Singapore Taxi!! He loves it!!
We took him out for his favourite meal. Meat and three vege. Some presents from Nanna and Grandad arrived just before dinner so here he is opening them in the restaurant.
He took his Taxi out to dinner too!
The morning of Ben's birthday, we visited Singapore Zoo. It is a wonderful zoo with large, open enclosures. Some of the monkey/orang utan exhibits arent even fenced. There are lots of free animals and we were able to interact and feed a few too! Great zoo!!Here are the two Elephants having their morning bath in the river.
Next they have breakfast and Hailey fed one an apple.
We then had breakfast and while we were eating they enticed a few Orang utan's down from the tree's with fruit and told us all about them.
There was a lovely, tame Python that we all had a hold of. The kids were delighted at being able to touch and hold a friendly snake. Shane was thrilled and I was nervous!
We took many photo's of all the beautiful animals and would love to put them all here but due to space we have just chosen one of our favourites. The Cheetah. It wonderful how close we could get to all the animals.
The beautiful Girraffe's. We each gave them a carrot. They were so peaceful and gentle.
And Hailey was lucky enough to get a horse ride which she loved.
We had to then pack up and leave the wonderful Conrad hotel which we have loved living in for 4 weeks. Hailey was sad saying Goodbye to the lovely girls there.
We then moved into the Ibis hotel. This photo captures the whole room. Thats all there is! And this was before Ben's cot was squeezed in. It is a tiny room but we are only here for a week before we move on. We are counting down the nights.......
