New pets

We recently decided to get some small furry friends.
So this is Bramble. He is 5 weeks old and is a Lemon Agouti Texel Guinea Pig. He is a long haired breed.

This is a photo of our rabbit at 2 weeks. He is an Angora rabbit (long haired too). We cant pick him up till the end of August when he is 8 weeks so still waiting.

This is him at 5 weeks. We have to think of a name....

Hailey has started creative movement classes and I drop her off for 45 mins every Monday. She loves it. They have a theme every week and do dance, yoga and craft.
This is Hailey in a yoga pose with one of her creations.

This is all the little girls following the leader around the room.

Hailey loves mud and water and loves to spend time in the backyard making a mess! We love nappysan.

A photo to show what usually happens while I am making dinner. Hailey does the dishes and Ben pulls out everything from the cupboard.

My lovely Ben spends alot of time with his head on the floor checking things out. He mostly likes watching wheels on toys but will also look at many other things from floor view.

My newest nappy creation. I regularly get an urge to make something, so this time it was another nappy for Ben. It works well!

Last week we went for a trip to the shopping centre with Nanna Margaret and stopped at all the rides. This is a photo of a car trolley the centre hires out to push children around in.

We finally had a bit of sun today so Ben ventured out into the yard. He runs as soon as he sees the camera so it is very hard to get a good shot of him. He loves fossicking around the backyard.

We have a vege garden which I love working in. Hailey helps plant seeds and helps with harvesting. This is one of our recent harvests.

This is our iceberg lettuces and silverbeet in the background that are growing.

Hailey really enjoys drawing at the moment and draws everyday. This is one of her drawings of a face.

This is Mummy, Hailey and Ben all holding hands.

Sunday 16th August

We are all just getting over the worst flu we have ever had. Everyone has been sick for over a week.
This is Hailey with her first ever lollypop. Aunty Ros said it would help her sore ears and it certainly did!! Now her ears are always sore as she is trying to get more lollypops.

Today we said goodbye to one of our dogs, Bindi. She has gone to work on a 600 acre dairy farm so she will be very happy. She is such a lovely dog but we dont have the work for her at the moment that she so desperately needs so she now has a job.
